Help Menu

The Help menu allows you to restart the Teller Portal or Admin Portal and to get more information about the eReceipts product. The Help menu has the following options.

Click Restart to load the latest changes from the server and restart the Teller Portal or Admin Portal.

Click Documentation to open the eReceipts web help. From the Teller Portal, you are navigated to the Teller Portal Help. From the Admin Portal, you are navigated to the Admin Portal Help. Web help provides a resource for you to learn more about the features and procedures of eReceipts.

Click About to open a pop-up window that lists the version number and copyright information.
