Transaction History

Open the Transaction History window from the eReceipts Client system tray menu to view the backed up eReceipts and eTeller Check21 transaction data files.

Review these descriptions to perform different actions:

  • Data File Type: To view receipt data files, select Receipt. To view eTeller Check21 data files, select Check 21. eTeller Check21 may not be applicable to you.

  • Transaction Creation Status: View data files by status.

    • Success is displayed when an administrator has enabled the feature to back up successfully created transactions. Select Success to view successfully created transactions. Refer to the Include Success Files setting in the Workstation tab at the workstation, branch, and FI settings level in the Admin Portal for details.

    • Unknown is displayed when an administrator has disabled the feature to back up successfully created transactions. Select Unknown to view data files that have an unknown status due to message status delivery failure scenarios. Refer to the Include Success Files setting in the Workstation tab at the workstation, branch, and FI settings level in the Admin Portal for details.

    • Select Error to view the data files that failed when attempting to create a transaction.

  • From Date / To Date: Filter search results by date range. The available dates are based on the number of days eReceipts will keep data files before deleting them. This is set by an administrator.

  • View Data File / Hide Data File: Select a data file and click View Data File to view the data file in the Transaction History window. After viewing, click Hide Data File to return to the search results.

  • Print: Click Print to print a selected data file. The use of 8.5 x 11-inch paper is required for printing.

  • Reprocess: Select a data file and click Reprocess to attempt to process the transaction again.

  • Delete: Select one or more data files and click Delete to delete the backed up data files.

  • Upload: Select one or more data files and click Upload to upload the files to a secure cloud location for troubleshooting.

  • Refresh: To view the latest entries in the Transaction History, click Refresh.

  • Select All: Select all of the data files displayed in the search results.

  • Clear Selection: If one or more data files are selected, click Clear Selection to deselect all data files.
