Signing In to eReceipts

In order to use eReceipts, you must sign in. Enter your Microsoft Active Directory user account information. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign in process. Refer to the following example.

Note: If you select "Stay Signed In" when signing in using your Microsoft AD credentials, you will not be logged out of eReceipts Client by Microsoft AD unless you log out or there is a connection issue between eReceipts and Microsoft AD.

Note: In some scenarios, you may be prompted to enter your credentials twice: once for eReceipts Client and once for the eReceipts user interface. For example, you might be prompted for credentials twice if your password expires.

Note: A user must be assigned to the Teller or Super Teller role to have access to the eReceipts Client and Teller Portal.
