An administrator that has the Institution Admins role can view groups and roles but cannot make changes. Refer to Roles for details about what each role means. Refer to Add Roles to a Group for details about adding roles to a group. Refer to Edit a Group's Role for details about editing the roles assigned to a group.

Roles Page

Search Criteria Filter the results by Active Directory group and/or assigned role:
  • Group: Enter the name of an Active Directory group to display just this group and the roles assigned to it. This field is blank by default.

  • Role: Select a role from the dropdown menu to display all of the groups that have the selected role assigned to them: None (default), Institution Admins, Member Managers, Role Admins, Super Tellers, or Tellers. If None is selected, all roles are included in the results.

Note: Depending on your type of institution, "Member Managers" may not be applicable to you.

Clear Click Clear to return all of the search criteria to their default values (blank). If the roles were already filtered, this will clear the results as well.
Apply Click Apply to display the groups and roles that match the search criteria.
Add Group Role Click Add Group Role to add a role to an Active Directory group. Refer to Add Roles to a Group for details. This button is disabled for administrators that do not have the Role Admins role.
Roles

This is the list of Active Directory groups and their assigned roles. Click a row to make changes to the group's role. Refer to Edit a Group's Role for details. If an administrator without the Role Admins role clicks a row, the Edit Group Role window is displayed but no changes can be made.

This list is organized alphabetically by group by default. Click Group or Role column headings to change the order. If a group has multiple roles assigned to it, the group will be listed once for each assigned role. For example, the Active Directory group Super Teller 2 Group has the Super Tellers and Member Managers roles. Super Teller 2 Group is listed twice on the list: once for the Super Tellers role and once for the Member Managers role.

Page Navigation Use the < and > arrows to navigate to other pages if the results exceed 10.

Note: In the event that a user is no longer an employee of your financial institution, remember to delete the user account from Active Directory.
