Getting Started
IMM eReceipts is an advanced receipt solution that produces electronic transaction receipts from your core system. These receipts can include consumers' eSignatures as needed. eSignatures can be captured on tablet devices or traditional signature pads for an enhanced consumer in-branch experience. With an eReceiptsPlus subscription, consumers can view and electronically sign receipts directly on their smartphone devices. Receipts can be thermal printed, emailed, or sent as a text message (optional, paid feature) directly to consumers in a security-masked image file format. Completed eReceipts are then seamlessly archived, as fully-indexed industry standard PDF files, into your Imaging/ECM repository for easy retrieval, research, and viewing.
eReceipts Client is a light-weight component that is installed on your workstation. While running on the workstation, eReceipts Client reads a receipt file, creates a transaction, and launches the transaction in the Teller Portal for a seamless UI experience. In addition, eReceipts Client manages third-party receipt data and provides the support for hardware such as printers, scanners, and signature pads. If an administrator has the Super Tellers or Tellers role, they can also use the eReceipts Client to access the Admin Portal. Refer to Using eReceipts Client for details.
Note: If you are an administrator, you cannot access the eReceipts Client and Teller Portal unless you have the Super Tellers or Tellers role.
The Teller Portal is the user interface for performing all tasks associated with day-to-day transactions. When the eReceipts Client is launched for the first time, the Teller Portal opens to the Dashboard page. The Teller Portal launches whenever a receipt is generated if the eReceipts Client is running on the workstation. When a receipt is generated, the Teller Portal opens to the transaction page.
