Settings Overview
There are many settings to streamline and personalize your eReceipts experience. Refer to the following summaries as a quick reference:

System Settings (Admin Portal): The System Settings page is used to view and configure eReceipts system defaults. On the Admin Dashboard page, click System Settings to open the System Settings page with the Email tab selected. From the menu, you can click Administration > System Settings and then select the sub-menu item that corresponds to a tab on the System Settings page: Email, Text, Remote Sign, Workstation Port, Time Zone, Purge, IP Filter, Subscriptions.

FI Settings (Admin Portal): Manage settings that are applied to all branches and all workstations within your financial institution. Manage your financial institution's settings from the FI Settings window. On the Admin Dashboard page, click FI Settings, or click Administration > FI Settings from the menu to open the FI Settings window.

Branch Settings (Admin Portal): Manage settings that are applied to a specific branch and the workstations associated with that branch. View and make changes to a branch's settings from the Branches and Workstations page.

Workstation Settings (Admin Portal): Personalize the settings for a specific workstation. View and make changes to a workstation's settings from the Branches and Workstations page.

Settings (Teller Portal): From the Teller Portal, a financial institution representative (e.g., a teller) can personalize the settings on their workstation for printing, signing, and scanning. View and make changes to a workstation's settings from the Settings menu in the Teller Portal. The settings displayed in the Settings window are the only workstation settings that can be accessed from the Teller Portal. Some settings shown are not editable except from the Admin Portal.
Note: When hardware settings and certain eReceipts Client settings are edited during working hours, the changes automatically go into effect in an hour. To immediately apply the changes, restart the Teller Portal from the eReceipts Client system tray icon.
